Present recent studies on climate change and disaster management affecting communities, agriculture, fisheries, and watersheds in countries such as the Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Vietnam, and explore policy and program planning implications.
Provide a forum for local government managers and planners to interact with technical and academic experts on integrating CCA and DRR into local development planning.
Identify local planning needs and research and development gaps in CCA and DRR program implementation.
Conduct the IOCCADRRM meeting.
